Interview with Shi Hezuo, chairman of Jiujiang Golden Phoenix Decoration Materials Co., Ltd.
九江金凤凰装饰材料有限公司是一家集科研开发、生产、销售、产品深加工为一体的高新技术企业，在全世界率先生产建筑装饰用的、吸水率为零的各种微晶玻璃 ：凤凰玉石、白晶玉石、黄晶玉石等。在天然石材林立的今天，凤凰玉石仍旧能稳站自己的一片天空，并且开出了灿烂辉煌的花朵，产品畅销台湾、香港、新加坡、澳大利亚、西班牙、美国、意大利、印度、马来西亚、英国、日本等五十多个国家和地区。
Golden Phoenix is a high-tech enterprise integrating research, production, sales and product deep processing, which is the first to produce ornamental glass-ceramics with no water absorption, such as Phoenix jade and topaz. Despite the furious competition of natural stones, Phoenix jade can still stand in the market and make great achievements. Its products are selling well in 50 countries and regions, such as Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, Spain, the United States, Italy, India, Malaysia, the United Kingdom and Japan.
近日，本报就金凤凰新的一年新的发展规划采访了九江金凤凰装饰材料有限公司董事长施合作。
We interviewed Shi Hezuo, chairman of Jiujiang Golden Phoenix Decoration Materials Co., Ltd about new one-year development plan.
中国石材商报：我们知道金凤凰在07年取得了不俗的成绩，那么，08年公司有何规划呢？
China Stone Business Newspaper: We know you have made great achievements in 2007. Could you talk about your development plan in 2008?
施合作：新的一年，我们金凤凰已经增加了两条生产线，从原来的两条线发展到目前的四条线同时生产量，也就是生产规模比以前翻了二番。同时，我们金凤凰还进行了技术改革，引进新技术，进一步提高了产品质量。针对目前市场上高档石材商品供不应求的情况，我们还增加了高档产品的生产量。目前，我们正在进行二代产品的试产，一旦试产成功，我们的产品将可以取代微晶石，同时，由于绿色环保等性能，将有望开拓金凤凰未来发展新蓝海。
Mr.Shi: we have increased two production lines this year, that is, we have four production lines now .At the same time, we carried out major reforms in technologies. New technologies are brought in, further improving products' quality. Facing the situation that supply in high-grade stone products falls short of demand, we also increase their output. At present, we are trial-producing the secondary generations of products. Once trial-produced successfully, they will be able to replace glass-ceramics. Meanwhile With their environmental protection, they will be expected to help us to create a new space of the future development.
中国石材商报：您提到，今年新增了两条生产线，这是否着意味着金凤凰的产量将翻番？
China Stone Business Newspaper: Whether there seem to be a doubled outputs for Golden Phoenix this year, referring to that 2 additional production lines you have mentioned?
施合作：是的。我们可以预计，今年的产量将会是过去年产量三倍。具体来讲，过去，我们的凤凰玉石年产量约为200，000m2 ，今年我们有望达到600，000 m2；白晶玉石去年年产量是400，000m2，今年有望实现1200，000 m2的产量；卫浴洁具去年年产量是30，000多件，今年预计可以达到90，000件。
当然，我们金凤凰产量增加绝不是完全因为生产线的增加，我想新技术的使用上是一大重要原因。我们一直走的是质量第一的发展路线，在提高产量的同时，也保证了产品的高质量。这也是我们的一惯经营宗旨——“以质量创品牌，以服务赢市场”。金凤凰承诺一定做到“如金品质、共创辉煌”。
Mr.Shi: Yes, we can expect this year’s output will be two times more than that in the past. In more details, compared with 200 thousand square meters a year in the past, the output of Phoenix jade can rise up to 600 thousand; in common with Phoenix jade, white jade’s output will rise from 400 thousand to 1200 thousand square meters a year, and bathroom sanitary ware will be expected to reach 90 thousand pieces compared with 30 thousand last year.
Of course, the output of our products has increased not entirely because of the increase in production lines but also the use in new technologies. We always insist on the principle of Quality First. When the output increases, we also guarantee the high quality of products. To create a brand by perfect quality and win markets by perfect services is our management tenet. We promise we must create resplendence with perfect quality.
中国石材商报：在招商方面，金凤凰有何举措？
China Stone Business Newspaper: What will you do in inviting outside investment?

Mr.Shi: We will invite the investment from the world this year.
