中亚国家经济增长迅速，给新疆建材企业带来了旺盛的市场需求，近几新疆建材产品出口大幅增加，在自治区出口产品中的比重已经由2004年的1.84％上升到2006年的4.2％。2006年出口增长最大的产品是陶瓷、石材及石材制品等。越来越多的企业对中亚市场寄予厚望。
据悉，哈国、俄罗斯、乌国人均GDP这两年都有显著上升，而根据哈国政府《2005年－2007年国家住宅建设发展纲要》草案，哈国在3年中建成并交付使用1200万平方米住宅，平均每年400万平方米。这些都为中国建材特别是新疆建材企业带来了巨大的商机。
但是，业内人士对新疆的建材开拓前景并不十分看好。
日前，在新疆自治区建材行办举行的“中亚客商与新疆建材行业企业交流会”上，来自哈萨克斯坦、乌兹别克斯坦、吉尔吉斯斯坦等中亚国家的客商就传达出这样一个信息：中国建材产品存在运费高、建材质量不稳定、专业人员不足等一系列问题。
他们指出，中亚市场对中国的优质建材需求强烈，并且这种需求有可能保持一段时间，但他们对中国建材产品的旺盛需求不会长期不变。新疆建材企业要认清形势，正确分析中亚市场建材产品的供求变化，抓住时机，用好用足优惠政策，采取有力措施，加大出口力度，力争今年多出快出，使新疆建材产品出口在新的一年里有新的突破。

Recently,in the Symposium on manufacture of building materials between investor in the Central Asia and China's building materials enterprises held in Xinjiang municipality,investor from the Central Asia such as Kazakstan,Uzbekistan ,Kyrgyzstan talked about a series of questions: the freight charges of Chinese building materials production is hight,the quality of building materials is unstable and professional staff is not enough and so on.
They pointed out, the central Asia market has an intense demand for China's high quality building materials,and it will last for some time.But a great deal of demand for China'S Building Material cannot be invariable for long-term.The building materials enterprise in Xinjiang needs to understand thesituation clearly,correctly analyzes the change of supply and demand in building materials in the central Asia market, holds the opportunity to use full preferential policy, take measures to increase the export quantum，and enhances the speed in export building materials,so that the Xinjiang export building materials production has the new breakthrough in the new year.
